four day weekend.

all i have to say is god bless the president's, who allow us a day off.

friday i got to go back to my old stomping grounds

(i feel like that is a phrase old people such as my parents use)

and watch my little nieces perform with the cheerleaders at half time.

they pretty much are the cutest ever.

saturday i headed on up to idaho (boise area) with my parents.

we stopped for some hot eats, cool treats.

can i just say, dilly bars are extremely underrated and incredibly delicious.

mint and heath...the way to go.

we headed up because my cousin kendall was going through the temple for the first time.

twin falls, idaho.

because i have not yet been through the temple, i could not attend.

which led me to my first trip to the movies alone.

cross one off the ol bucket list.

afterwards my uncle treated about 40 of us to chili's.

the rest of the weekend was spent at the farm hanging out with family.

i truly am so grateful for having a big family. we laughed and laughed all weekend.

and of course, played lots of games. because that's what we do.

i'm in love with baby boston.

good weekend, good laughs, good company.

i love idaho, almost as much as i love utah.
