coronado: days one&two.

first and foremost, happy memorial day.

i hope everyone is doing something grand on this fine day off.

matt and i were lucky enough to tag along to coronado for my dad's and brother's business trip.

most of our days were spent by the pool and/or beach soaking up the rays.

followed by food, food, and more food.

it was the perfect vacation before baby makes his arrival.

i will let the pictures speak for themselves.

 we ended up driving down, and flying home.

there was an amazing sunset on our drive that matt captured pictures of.

when we arrived there was a dinner for the business people, so matt and i took the little ladies down to the beach to explore.

every day there is a man who makes amazing sand castles on the beach behind the coronado resort.

we ended the first night with some taco bell and a late night hot tub sesh.

can i just tell you that baby loves the hot tub?

and yes, in my opinion it is perfectly safe to hot tub while pregnant.

day two

matt loves the ocean, so naturally that is where day two began.

i didn't take many pictures because i was more concerned with keeping my eye on the boy as he was boogie boarding.  i'm not really sure how i would have helped had something gone wrong, but i felt it was the right thing to do. haha

again, that night there was a fancy dinner we weren't invited to so we watched the little ladies again and created our own entertainment.

macie and alli loved jumping from bed to bed, so we took some pictures.

sunni was quite upset that she didn't get to join in the fun.

we decided to step it up a notch and matt began to throw the girls across the bed.

this time sunni joined and it was seriously the funniest thing ever.  they were having the time of their lives and their faces were killing me.

oh to be young again.

it was quite entertaining.

and matt is a pretty good uncle... just sayin'
