brooks hayden harris
8 pounds 14 ounces
21 inches long
pure perfection.
i have only been an actual mother for four days now, and i can tell you that it is the best job in the whole world. i am absolutely smitten by this angel baby. he really has been such a joy in the short time he's been on this earth. i could hold and stare at him all day, which is pretty much what i do.
he's already got the funniest little personality.
he is OBSESSED with hand mittens.
the only time he really cries is when we take these of to wake him up.
he loves to sleep as most newborns do.
he is one strong fellow.
he has quite the grip and loves to pull hair, clothes, skin, etc.
he has the cutest little pig squeal and chin quiver.
it always makes me laugh even though it's so sad.
he always has his hands right by his face.
and he is quite the little cuddle bug.
i seriously am so obsessed.
he's the perfect little baby and i could not love him anymore.
he is healthy and doing well
and i am recovering quite good as well.
birth story to come soon :)
